We realise how important delivery is, especially when you have a deadline for a special occasion, and we take great pride in a first-class service, dispatching orders quickly and keeping our customers fully informed.
Our experience has shown you want a fast, reliable, cost effective and trackable delivery option and that is what we provide by using Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery service

Delivery Charges Within The UK & to BFPO Addresses
We appreciate that the cost of delivery is important which is why we have kept our charges as simple as possible. We implement a one time charge per order, based on the value of the order which we feel is the fairest and most cost effective way to meet all our customers needs.
For orders up to £19.99 in value the delivery charge will be £2.95
1st Class Recorded Delivery
For orders over £19.99 in value the delivery charge will be £4.95
1st Class Recorded Delivery
All orders are packaged with great care to ensure a safe delivery and the cost of suitable packaging is included in this price, together with the cost of recorded delivery trackable postage service.
Delivery Information
All orders will be posted by UK Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery the following working day after a payment clears.
Please note working days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery post is a trackable service & a signature will be required upon receipt of the parcel.
If there is nobody in to accept a delivery and no alternative instructions have been provided by the customer, a card should be left by Royal Mail to inform you how you can collect your parcel or re-arrange delivery. It then becomes you, the recipient's, responsibility to contact Royal Mail to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. We therefore recommend sending your order to a work address if appropriate.
If no-one in available to sign for the item upon delivery they should then leave you a card to inform you that a delivery was attempted. You will need to collect from the Post Office. The parcel will be returned to us if not collected from Post Office within 7 days.
Royal Mail state although this is not a guaranteed service, they "aim to deliver all First Class Recorded Delivery items the next working day after the day of posting”, in our experience this is usually the case.
Typically allow 1-2 working days for delivery.
Delivery Upgrade to Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1pm
If you need your item/s urgently you can upgrade to Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Next Day By 1.00pm service. This gives the comfort and security that your order, once dispatched, will be delivered the next business day before 1.00pm.
Orders received before 1pm will be despatched on this service for delivery on the following day before 1pm.
If selecting this option order MUST be received by 1.00pm for same day shipping for delivery the next business day before 1.00pm.
- £8.25 per order up to maximum 2kg in weight.
- For items exceeding 2kg (4lb 6oz) in weight, customer will be advised of any additional postage costs and will be charged according to Royal Mail guidelines (please see Delivery Service Upgrades, below).
- 99% UK coverage (Next day not guaranteed for Scottish highlands and islands, and parts of Channel Islands).
- Next day delivery guarantee before 1.00pm Monday to Friday.
- Saturday delivery is not guaranteed although in our experience it is usually attempted
- Full Money Back Guarantee (Postage Cost only) if not delivered next working day
- You will need to collect from Post Office if no-one is available at delivery time.
- A signature will be required upon receipt of parcel. You will need to collect from Post Office if no-one in available to sign for the item at delivery time. They should then leave you a card to inform you that a delivery was attempted. Item will be returned to us if not collected from Post Office within 7 days
- Maximum £500.00 Insurance for loss or damage.

Collections
If you live locally and would like to collect your order please contact us beforehand to arrange a mutually convenient time, and we can ensure your order is ready. No delivery charge will apply.
Non Delivery of Orders
Very occasionally parcels don't turn up as soon as they should. Almost always it's because the postman has either not properly notified the customer of an attempted delivery, or the customer has not seen the notification card that the postman has put through the door. Eventually the parcel finds its way back to us. In the meantime we will have sent out a replacement. It hardly ever happens, but it's important you know what will happen if it does.
We are reliant on the Royal Mail for UK deliveries, and many other European services for postage abroad. Although we will happily re-send a parcel that seems to have gone missing, we cannot accept liability for the missing parcel less than fifteen days after the order was posted.
What that means is that the order gets put through the system again and you'll be charged again. However, the original parcel will almost certainly come back to us eventually, either returned to us by the Royal Mail, or delivered to you and returned, so you'll be credited the cost of the order and only pay once. The most important thing to remember is that if you think your parcel hasn't arrived, please let us know as soon as you can! Then we'll do whatever it takes to make sure you get your goods on time.
